Hi there! For much of the last decade, I’ve worked with children and adults to provide therapy and mental health support for a variety of concerns. I specialize in offering therapeutic services to adults experiencing anxiety, stress-related concerns, and depression. My goal is to help clients gain insight into their personal strengths and unique purposes through a combination of person-centered and trauma informed evidence-based practices. I love my work and I believe in the restorative processes of therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor (LC9755) in Maryland. I obtained my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University.
