Hi there! For over 10 years, I’ve worked with adults and children to provide thoughtful, compassionate psychotherapy and mental health support. With specialized training in maternal mental health and trauma-informed care, I support women navigating anxiety, infertility and loss, stress, life transitions, and the postpartum period. I also offer clinical supervision to Licensed Graduate Professional Counselors (LGPCs) in Maryland and facilitate professional development workshops and trainings focused on wellness, cultural responsiveness, and trauma-informed professional practice.

My work is grounded in person-centered and evidence-based approaches that help clients reconnect with their strengths and sense of purpose. I truly believe in the healing and restorative potential of therapy and feel honored to do this work.

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor (LC9755) in Maryland. I obtained my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Bowie State University.
